Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for any Imageexclusive.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment.Imageexclusive.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.
Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card* for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 30 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items can be exchanged for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Returning an Order to a Imageexclusive Store
Visit any Image exclusive store and return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that you bring the enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise Return Form that was included in the original package along with the item that you wish to return. An Image Exclusive staff member will process your return at any Image Exclusive store.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We will credit your Image exclusive account with online store credit
Returning a Gift from a Registry
If you are returning a gift from a registry, please follow the return instructions listed on the back of your packing slip. We will credit your Image exclusive account with online store credit upon receipt of your return. You may contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number but it is not required for the return. We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased on Imageexclusive.com.
